MPCA enforcement actions total more than $470,000 in second quarter of 2011
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) concluded 47 enforcement cases totaling $474,720 in penalties during the second quarter of 2011. The cases occurred at facilities in 33 counties throughout Minnesota, including Douglas.By: Staff Report, Alexandria Echo Press
