MPCA seeks grant proposals to reduce water pollution
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is seeking grant proposals from local governments and other interested parties to reduce nonpoint source water pollution. Nonpoint source pollution comes from many sources, such as urban areas and farm fields, and not a single point, such as an industrial discharge.By: Staff Report , Alexandria Echo Press
