2010: A rocky ride of ups and downs

The year 2010 was a rocky ride of ups and downs in Douglas County. There were tragedies – an off-duty police officer died after a snowmobile crash; a 6-year-old Carlos girl drowned in a hotel hot tub; a Brandon man died in a construction accident; and bad crashes claimed several other lives.
