New EPA rules on renovations, repair and painting impacts many
The New EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule 40 CFR Part 745, Part II, Lead will affect building owners, property managers, contractors including painters, renovators, plumbers, electricians, handymen/women, specialty contractors and maintenance persons at schools, multi-housing complexes, and homeowners of pre-1978 homes.
