Health department takes over management of Crestview Manor in Evansville
The Minnesota Department of Health is assuming temporary management of the Crestview Manor nursing home in Evansville because of the financial troubles of its owner. Future options for the home include finding new owners or closing the facility and relocating the residents to other homes.
