Ingebrigtsen, Anderson and Franson discuss Dayton's plans
Douglas County residents, city council members and county commissioners congregated at the Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria to hear local Republican leaders’ takes on DFL Governor Mark Dayton’s plans for Minnesota.
