If you built it rather than to fit in with the lakes (less pretty) and more functional for the total floor space and get more cells and needed space and cut the price by a third? If this the building that we so badly needed why are they already talking of expansion. Build what we need and only what we need now and get it over with and then stop begging from people who are having trouble paying their mortgage.

It points out that it is allowing for future expansion...I am sure that is where the Dunkin Donuts will be added on
