I hope this passes. It's WAY over due. They should be punished for as long as their victims are- for their entire lives. So many of them go out and do it again after their released. Why not save a victim by just keeping them in prison instead. The victim will be affected for the rest of their lives. There's no way the person that caused such damage should be out there living a good life. Throw them in prison for life.
