It is too bad. The city has a history of legislating against teenagers and their interests. From a skate park in the 80s to making skateboarding illegal within a block of Broadway, to standing in the way of almost every activity directed at teenagers. If this park made money for the city and was popular with older members of the community my guess is that it wouldn't have closed. And don't claim that older people would not have acted inappropriately. Just look at the snowmobile trails, ice fishing areas, and grandstand area after the stock car races.

i guess it just comes down to who was there first ,the home owners or the park if the park was there first then the owners have no right to complain and should have known the risk in the first place (homestead act ? ) if u built your house next to an airport u cant file a noise complaint to the airport
