I didn't read any vulgarity in the "moonbat" definition. Not true with the "teabagger" definition. EP asked it not be used, so we'll just see if the rules are followed.

moonbat: An unthinking or insane leftist -- in other words, most modern leftists. Moonbat can also be used as an adjective, e.g. a moonbat professor. According to the Wikipedia entry for moonbat, the word was coined in 2002 by the Editor of Samizdata, Perry de Havilland, and was a variation on the name of radical British activist and columnist George Monbiot.

According to the dictionary a "bagger" is: – noun 1. a person who packs groceries or other items into bags. 2. a bag of cloth or plastic attached to a power lawn mower to collect grass as it is cut.
