Some people don't have the luxury of a driveway or garage. Are we supposed to make our cars hover, or what? I have to no problem moving, but I need to know when to move. If it's a problem then they need to have some kind of program for those that have no place other than the street to put their cars. All it would take is a rule that cars have to be on a certain side of the street on certain days. That would work great. I'm sure this is the case for most people. It's not like people enjoy having their cars plowed in either. Instead of complaining and blaming, why not come up with a solution? It's not that complicated.
