Best wishes to Dave after being forced by the advance of liberal government to abandon a winning restaurant concept. We enjoyed boating over to the dock for afternoon nachos or dinner on the patio as did hundreds of others. It was one of the first places we took guests and family as the Bug A Boo sweatshirts prove! It is a good thing liberals care so much, because they'll be caring for all of us soon! Who replaces the taxes and jobs lost to the community - Public Works? We'll miss the Bug.

I thought the food was very similar to the DMB's restuarant @ the mall.

first off "Caribbean themed food " there was nothing Caribbean themed about the place except maybe the fish in the fish tank and second the food wasn't really all that good - yesterdays beef is today's beef fajita and then its tomorrows beef fajitas stew and third the biggest part of them closing down has to be because of their location

When Hennepin County voted in the smoking ban a few years before the entire state did, the didn't realize that it would hurt their business like it did. Oh ya, then they shoved it down the entire states throat and now we have bars all over the state closing. I don't smoke or drink but this is just another right taken away, like when we are going to be forced to buy health insurance or be fined or taxed. No way out on that one. At least if you don't want to drive a car they don;t make you buy one and get insurance yet.

I was just thinking zorbaz would be a good place. You don't need to have all the expensive food. Pizza, nacho's, good appetizers and drink specials are a few things that work. Volleyball in the summer was great and fri.-sat. night bands/dancing is always fun.

Isn't this exactly what the barowners predicted would happen when the smoking ban went into effect? If the law would of allowed for a heated, partitioned off area for smokers, things might of been different now, some jobs might of been saved. Charitable gambling was already feeling it a year ago.

Well no wonder people got arguing about Zorbaz being here...Carol said it was a "few years back" making it sound rather recent. Early 80's? Almost 30 years? A lot of the bar crowd wasn't even born yet, lighten up on them people; of course they didn't know there was a Zorbaz here.

I'm astonished at the pinheads who care more about the DUI arrests than they do about the people who will soon be out of a job. Timmy and Annette should be ashamed of themselves.
