Does sound like a trick or treat until you really know first hand what goes on over there. This is NOT and most likely won't be the last that the deputy's visit the neighborhood because on one individual.

I love it; "A deputy investigated a complaint of a man in the L’Homme Dieu Heights area who was screaming to trick-or-treaters, “I don’t have any candy!” He was also reportedly pounding on something in his garage and scaring children." Sounds like a tricks or treats and a scary halloween to me.
