Too bad the Independants and Republicans have given into being a little less than a liberal. Spend Spend Spend, your way out of debt!

We had a good economy and instead of saving for a rainy day, our legislators spend, spend, spend. Now that revenues are going down, it is time to cut all the bloating from the past. Money is power and they don't want to lose their power.

We have in place a balanced budget requirement in Mn. Too bad people like Mr. Marquart would oppose the concept of living within your means, by throwing into the equation, a statement which has absolutly nothing to do with the Governors proposal. We wonder why issues are not discussed in St. Paul. The spenders like Mr. Marquart don't want to discuss them.
