I liked Whiskey Creek the first few times I went there. After they had been open a while the food was not as good, the service went from ok to bad, and it wasn't very clean. I don't eat at McD or BK, and WJS is right there are better options in Alexandria

I love the concept and the food I am sure will be amazing! For all of the negative comments here... we need to work together to support our local businesses. They impact our local economy more than any of you know. Think about how many employees from Tennessee Roadhouse shop locally, live locally and pay taxes locally. It is sad that one can take an exciting article about a business going their own direction with a depth of experience to better serve us, and you are negative. I have experienced bad service in my life too, but never at Whiskey Creek. At to the restaurants that I have not had the best expereince, I always remember that I have bad days too. Your words here could hurt the opportunities for this restaurant to showcase the changes. We are heading into a time of thanksgiving and I hope you can be thankful for all the good that comes your way. We have a choice... to be great and make a difference or to do nothing at all. I choose to be great and I believe The Tennessee Roadhouse is choosing to be great too!

I have always enjoyed the restaurants food, service and atmosphere. I am sure the enhanced menu will add to the whole dining experience. I look forward to enjoying my next many visits. Fast food could only wish to be able to serve flavorful food such as this.

Why change the name to make a new menu? Garbage can be called trash and you still probably don't want anything to do with it. The food there is awful and will continue to be so. I've never even seen a single piece of wood outside of the place, so how can you truly expect real bbq. People in the area just want bland food that has nothing special about it. And they want it cheap and fast. That is the winning formula. Open another BK or McD's and it will take off....guarenteed.
