This folks; is the same Arlene, who, three years ago got bucked off a horse, bounced out of a hot air balloon basket, played competetive softball with kids 20 years younger--all in a three week period. I've witnessed her carrying and throwing two bales of hay at a time while her husband drives the tractor and hayrack. Mary Marvel and Wonder Woman...take one step back. Alexandria and Douglas County have been a whole lot richer for her behind the scenes dedication. Nice Award.

Way to go Arlene. It is so nice to see someone who has worn her heart on her sleeve all these years to get the credit she deserves... There is only one Arlene and she really deserves this honor.
