They are handicapped accessible, which is great for all types of families.

I just read an interesting article on Camper Cabins at Minnesota's state parks, in the Minnesota Volunteer magazine. Here is a website that tells about them, and the reservation procedure. They seem to be great for winter camping, according to the article, and are busy all winter long. http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/reservations_campercabin.html

Is it safe to assume they rent the cabins out and therefore have some return on the investment??
