We all have to remember that the bailouts included the auto industry unions too. They weren't mentioned in this article, but we all know that those bailouts were basically payoffs for Obama votes, just like the millions of dollars in the original bailout that were supposed to go to ACORN that almost got passed under the radar until someone actually read the bill, and exposed it. Good article Dennis, but you left a few important facts out that could shed light on another side of the story. Only 18% of Americans supported a bailout for the automakers, (who still pretty much failed, but a lot of people in the industry made millions off it.) while 60% of Americans supported a bailout of Wall Street, which is making a nice recovery. Is "our government still listening to us? I think not. The fact is, Obama loves to throw money around to the people who voted for him, even though he knows the majority of us disagree with him, and know it wont work. He is NOT a man of the people.
