Having a hard time seeing your arguement, mike. I don't know what it's like in the area you live, but I'm already seeing people pull off to the side of the road to use the cell. Surprised me the first time I saw it, but getting used to it. Makes me want to turn around and tell them how much I appreciated it! I don't think these responsible adults would be in the least put out by my suggestion. K.I.S.S.? No, thanks.
