You do not keep wood that you are going to cook food over OUTSIDE. There is a separate building where the wood is kept enclosed. I have been in the kitchen and seen the amazing wood burning ranges and witnessed the rotation of the special woods they use for the barbecue. I had lunch there yesterday with my husband. Lunch special was good and reasonable. I ate off the menu, also very good and priced right for lunch. Service was, as has always been our experience, very good. The interior decor and colors are very pleasing. I'm anxious to see the outside when they are finished. If all a person likes is fast food then they will never think outside the box long enough to appreciate something new and different. We love variety. Hats off to the Cunninghams for moving forward and thinking of ways to enhance our community.
