Come on fellow citizens, open your eyes!! Are you missing the "ARTS" tack-on?? How are natural resources and the arts connected?? And how much of this money do you think will go to nature (as opposed to the 'arts')once the libbies in St. Paul get control of it? Won't the old Walker and new Gutherie need renovating? Come on, VOTE NO and donate to a group (Ducks Unlimited, Pheasants Forever, etc.)you know will use your money as you intend.
