Whiteis gave students in the Family and Consumer Sciences regional foods and food and nutrition courses a culinary lesson and shared information about the Art Institute.
Students learned in a hands-on format about some of the lessons taught at the institute and were able to interact with the culinary expert and learn skills to make bruchetta.
Whiteis will return in the spring to present to the culinary arts class.
