Discovery School 9th graders to host nursery school for local children

Ninth grade students at Discovery Middle School in Alexandria will host a child development laboratory (nursery school) for 3- to 5-year-olds.

Ninth grade students at Discovery Middle School in Alexandria will host a child development laboratory (nursery school) for 3- to 5-year-olds.

Sessions will be held on December 4, 6, 11, 13, 18 and 20 from 10:05 to 11 a.m. at Discovery Middle School in Room D244.

The students will provide one-to-one attention for the children.

The schedule includes story time, science, puppetry, art, music, movement, games and more. Snacks are provided for the children each day. The experience is free of charge.
