Community Education hosted a lefse making class at Discovery Middle School in Alexandria last Thursday.

Community Education hosted a lefse making class at Discovery Middle School in Alexandria last Thursday.

Participants learned all the procedures that went into making the popular Norwegian holiday treat and had fun rolling out their own recipes and cooking them on a lefse grill.
