REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS

The Alexandria Housing and Redevelopment Authority (AHRA) is seeking sealed bids for the following areas of new home construction:

1. Materials

2. Excavation

3. Masonry

4. Rough/Finish Carpentry

5. Drywall/Painting

6. Electrical

7. Plumbing

8. HVAC

Specifications and house plans for the above items will be available for pick-up from the AHRA office (located at 805 Fillmore Street) beginning Monday, November 19, 2012 during regular business hours of 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.

The sealed bids will be due to the AHRA by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012. All received bids will be reviewed and tabulated at 3:00 p.m. on December 10.
