NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 11.03 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on November 19, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Subdivision application of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority of Alexandria. The applicant is requesting to plat vacant property. The property is located east of Arbor Crossing in the Burgen Sunrise Living Addition and is legally described as “Burgen Sunrise Living Addition, Section 32, Township 128, Range 37, Lot 1, Blk 1, AC 5.09, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
Notice of this hearing has been mailed to all property owners of record within 350 feet of the property in question. The public is invited to attend this hearing. Any questions or comments should be addressed to Mike Weber, City Planner, at (320) 763-6678.
