Letter - Cunniff over Franson in District 8B

To the editor:

I have talked with Mary Franson on several occasions and I like her. However, her radio, TV and forum opportunities have been wasted with well-rehearsed platitudes and little substance. Her first term has been marred by ill-considered public remarks that have offended constituents. Sadly, I think she’s in the wrong job.

In contrast, Bob Cunniff’s policy stands are grounded in respect for all. He has strong people skills, honed in 35 years of dealing with kids and parents and the even temperament needed in a legislator.

If you share these same concerns and long for a more adult, more effective Legislature, you must vote for Bob on November 6.
