Letter - God judges sin in people and nations
From the beginning, marriage has been a God-ordained union of one man and one woman. God created us and He sets the rules for human behavior in the Scriptures.

From the beginning, marriage has been a God-ordained union of one man and one woman. God created us and He sets the rules for human behavior in the Scriptures. All other sexual unions He calls sin. “Sexual immorality is a sin against your own body.” 1 Cor. 6:18. We have no right to redefine marriage.
God judges sin in people and nations. Our nation has been turning away from following God for decades. The Bible and prayer were taken out of schools. Our current administration supports gay marriage and abortion. Laws and regulations have been passed to limit our freedom to practice our faith in God. Many people are going their own way and forgetting God and the Bible.
To legalize gay marriage would bring greater judgment on our country and state. It would bring many changes in our marriage laws and restrict our religious freedoms. “We ought to obey God rather than man.”
God blesses nations that obey Him and curses those who reject His laws.
