Rural Minnesota CEP (RMCEP) has funds to help laid-off workers become re-employed through its Dislocated Worker Programs. These programs help laid-off and long-term unemployed workers increase job skills and find employment.
Program services include résumé building, skills assessment, job search and job training. Local RMCEP can provide access to the labor market through resources that are crucial for job seekers to make decisions with their job search and job-training needs.
