Letter - Carlson competent candidate for mayor

To the editor:

Alexandria is very fortunate to have a mayoral candidate who is genuinely concerned for this community and enthusiastic about its future. Sara Carlson has shown by her actions on the city council and through her involvement with many other city related functions and organizations that she cares and is deeply concerned for our community as a whole. She is passionate about all the people that live and work here.

Through her service to our community, she has become knowledgeable and skilled about the realistic functions that enable the well-being and growth of Alexandria.

The extent of her experience suggests that she is the most qualified candidate for mayor.
