ON PETITION FOR PARTIAL

ABANDONMENT OF BRANCH 15

DOUGLAS COUNTY DITCH #3

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Douglas County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Douglas County Ditch #3, will be holding a public hearing on the Petition for Partial Abandonment of the upper reach of Branch 15 in the southwest quarter of section 2, Evansville Township, submitted by Dennis and Janell Week.

The hearing will be held on November 13, 2012, starting at 9:05 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Room in the Douglas County Courthouse, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Any person having an interest in land that is or may be affected by the proposed partial abandonment may appear and be heard.
