REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:
INVESTMENT GRADE ENERGY AUDIT
SUPPORTING A SELF-DIRECTED ENERGY PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
The Alexandria Housing and Redevelopment Authority (AHRA) is seeking proposals from interested Energy Auditor Companies that are capable of providing a comprehensive investment grade energy audit that will be submitted to HUD for preliminary self-directed energy performance contract approval.
AHRA is interested in a full range of energy and water saving measures to be financed through HUD’s self-directed energy performance contract program. This may include, but is not limited to procedures and equipment, all aimed at reducing energy consumption and cost associated with the hearing and ventilation system, the lighting system, the water system, and other energy using devices.
