Tea Party to host forum for commissioner, city council candidates

The Alexandria Lakes Area Tea Party will host a candidate forum

for Douglas County commissioner candidates and Alexandria City

Council and mayoral candidates on Thursday, October 18, from

5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria.

The county commissioner forum will be at 5:30, followed by the

Alexandria City candidates at 6:30.

The forum will be focused on the core values found in the Tea Party’s

mission statement: fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited

government, free markets, and God-centered values. For more
