Program Progress Report

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of The City of Brandon will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Brandon City Offices 115 Front Street in Brandon, MN.

The purpose of the public hearing is to report on the progress and to receive public comment concerning the City of Brandon’s participation in the current owner occupied grant program. Funds for the rehabilitation projects are being received from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.

All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing to offer their comments related to this project. Written comments can also be submitted to City of Brandon at P.O. Box 137 Brandon, MN 56315.

Licensed and general contractors interested in bidding on these projects, and not already on the approved contractors list, can contact Emajean Zwieg at the Douglas County HRA, 320-762-3848 or ezwieghra@yahoo.com for an application to participate. Women, minorities and Section 3 businesses’ are encouraged to participate.
