Following are the upcoming blood drives in the area:
Following are the upcoming Red Cross blood drives in the area:
• Tuesday, October 16, noon to 6 p.m., Shalom Lutheran, 800 County Road 44 Northwest, Alexandria.
• Monday, October 22, noon to 6 p.m., Calvary Lutheran Church, 605 Douglas Street, Alexandria.
• Tuesday, October 22, noon to 6 p.m., Calvary Lutheran Church, 605 Douglas Street, Alexandria.
Call 1-800-733-2767 or visit redcrossblood.org to make an appointment or for information. A blood donor's card or driver's license, or two other forms of identification are required.
Individuals who are 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible.
