Letter - Dan Skogen will work for you
For Minnesota to solve the fiscal challenges facing us, our legislators must work together in a spirit of cooperation. We should be thinking, “How best can we resolve state fiscal issues and move toward a better Minnesota where everyone benefits?”

For Minnesota to solve the fiscal challenges facing us, our legislators must work together in a spirit of cooperation. We should be thinking, “How best can we resolve state fiscal issues and move toward a better Minnesota where everyone benefits?”
Partisan politics have mired Minnesota into a pit of trouble. Partisanship does not produce results; rather it causes everything to grind to a halt. What is most needed is moderation, willingness to listen to the other side, and compromise on both sides of the aisle.
Dan Skogen, a moderate who will listen, is running for Minnesota State Senator from District 8 in Otter Tail and Douglas counties, including Fergus Falls and most of Alexandria.
From 2007 to 2010, Dan worked hard as our state senator, doing an excellent job representing his constituents, without regard to party. He will welcome you to his office with an open mind or talk with you on the phone about your concerns. Accessible to everyone in his district, Dan is hard working, energetic, and well-informed. He will work for you. Please vote for Dan Skogen on November 6 for District 8 State Senator.
