Letter - Cunniff and Skogen for House and Senate

To the editor:

Finding good candidates for State House and Senate has been my job. I would like to bring two fine people to your attention.

Bob Cunniff is a remarkable candidate for Minnesota House of Representatives 8B; one whose personal life actually reflects the values he promotes, who tells the truth, who does his homework and studies issues thoroughly. Fair and conscientious, Bob will work hard for us.

Also, please take a good look at Dan Skogen for State Senate. After redistricting, I visited with folks from Wadena County who were sad that new political boundaries took away their chance to have Dan Skogen as their State Senator. They wanted folks in the new Senate District 8 to know that Dan is an extraordinary public servant who has received many awards for his work on behalf of small business, small cities, economic development, farmers and more.

I would like a new state senator, one who doesn’t taunt and denigrate his constituents, who respects the concept of creation care and votes to promote thriving small communities.

Please join me in voting for Bob Cunniff and Dan Skogen for Minnesota House and Senate.
