RENTAL MAINTENANCE

Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Douglas County will receive sealed bids for the general maintenance of HRA owned rental properties for the period of November 1, 2012 – October 31, 2013. Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply.

HRA of Douglas County will receive by mail or personal delivery at address:

1224 North Nokomis Street (physical address only)

Enclose bids in (provided) sealed envelope, addressed to:

Bid due: Received by Wednesday, October 24th at 4:30 p.m.

Bid opening: Thursday, October 25th, at 8:00 a.m.

Requirements include, but are not limited to: Bidder must hold current General Contractors License; carry at least 300,000/600,000 in liability insurance; be able to perform minor plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, painting, etc. Bidder will be chosen based on experience/qualifications. References are required.

Bid specifications can be picked up at the offices of Douglas County HRA between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and 12:30 and 4:00 p.m. on Friday at 1224 North Nokomis Street, Alexandria, MN 56308 or by mail if requested by calling the HRA at 762-3074.

The Douglas County HRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities in Bids.
