INVITATION TO BID

Sealed Bids for the Shalom Lutheran Church Renovation and New Sanctuary project, Alexandria, MN will be received by ORB Management Corporation on behalf of Shalom Lutheran Church until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at which time they will be opened and read at the Shalom Lutheran Church. Bids received after this time and date will be returned unopened.

Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

Prospective bidders are recommended to attend a pre-bid meeting at the job site on October 10th at 9:00 a.m. (This meeting is not mandatory)

Printing costs for the plans and specs are the sole responsibility of the bidder. Please contact CADD/ Engineering Supply at 763-315-8711 for hard copies. Average shipping turnaround time: if orders are placed in the morning they are shipped that same day and delivered the next.

Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in bids.
