When you are hiring someone, what do you look for? You want someone who can do the job so you look at qualifications. What you hope is that you will find someone who is even better than you expected; a person who goes above and beyond the job description.
What you hope is that you hire someone that understands being commissioner is not a part-time job. We have that employee, whom we have invested in for the last two terms. Sounds like Bev Bales, our county commissioner, to me.
Bev is always the one to “go the extra mile” for District 3 and the whole county. That’s a real plus in my book. Keep that energy dynamo, that unwavering devotion to good local government, on the county board. Vote Bev Bales!
