ON STAGE
Imagine three lone men in a lighthouse on a key. Now imagine a mystery ship running aground and that ship is filled with rats, millions of ravenous rats.
That's the set up for Three Skeleton Key, directed by Mary Pohl and starring Kip Sundlee, Tim Ray and Chuck Grussing. Kent Garlinghouse is designing and performing the sound effect. Chris Kleven is the recording engineering.
The suspense starts at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 28 on the LAT stage.
ON THE AIR
LAT will play an encore performance of the comedy The Wills, an episode from the old-time radio series My Favorite Husband on Sunday, September 30 on KXRA 1490 AM at 12:30 p.m.
The original radio show starred Lucille Ball and Richard Denning. The LAT version was directed by Betsy Ostenson and starred Robin Johnson, Quincy Roers, Jim Odden, Claudia Bursch and Curtis Deterding.
