AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

CITY CODE SECTION 10.04, SUBDIVISION 2

REZONING CERTAIN AREAS ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF PIONEER ROAD/ARBOR CROSSING (STONEMANOR) TO ALLOW FOR A MIXED-USE NON-RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD)

The City Council of the City of Alexandria does ORDAIN:

SECTION I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Alexandria adopted by City Code Section 10.04, subdivision 2, be hereby amended by rezoning the lands described from “R-3” Medium Density Residential to “PUD” Planned Unit Development as approved on July 23, 2012:

Lots 1 through 5, Block 1 and Outlot A and Outlot B, “Stonemanor” Douglas County, Minnesota - Alexandria City (Ward III)

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.

ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Alexandria, Minnesota, this 24th day of September, 2012, by the following vote:

YES: BATESOLE, CARLSON, MILLER, BENSON, FRANK

NO: NONE

ABSENT: NONE
