ALEXANDRIA, MINNESOTA

AUGUST 30, 2012

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by Board Chairperson Dean Anderson at 5:30 p.m. in the District Office Oak Conference Room, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Board Members Present: Jim Hafdal, Jean Robley, Dave Anderson, Pam Carlson (via teleconference), Dean Anderson, Sandy Susag, and Alan Zeithamer.

Others Present: Susan Scarborough, Greg Vandal and Nancy Thompson.

OVERVIEW OF PROGRESS TO DATE

Greg Vandal gave an overview of the progress to date on the superintendent search.

INTERVIEW SELECTION

The board selected 6 candidates and 1 alternate to invite to interview on September 20, 2012.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Dave Anderson, seconded by Susag, that being there is no further business to come before the Board at this time, the special meeting is adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
