AUGUST 20, 2012

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by Board Chairperson Dean Anderson at 5:04 p.m. in the District Office Oak Conference Room, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Board Members Present: Jim Hafdal, Jean Robley, Dave Anderson, Pam Carlson and Dean Anderson, Sandy Susag, Alan Zeithamer and ex-officio Superintendent Terry Quist.

Others Present: Greg Vandal and Chloe Trivelpiece.

OVERVIEW OF PROGRESS TO DATE

Greg Vandal gave an overview of the progress to date on the superintendent search.

ESTABLISH CRITERIA FOR SUPERINTENDENT SEARCH

Greg Vandal discussed with the board the establishment of criteria for the superintendent selection process.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Dean Anderson, seconded by Dave Anderson, that being there is no further business to come before the Board at this time, the special meeting is adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
