Jeans and Jewels event raises funds for Education Foundation

Jeans and Jewels "Hats Off to You!" will be held Friday, September 21 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria.

The annual Jeans and Jewels Gala is a "206 Club" appreciation event as well as a fundraiser featuring a silent auction, specially sponsored activities, and jewelry prize drawings. 206 Club members pay annual dues of $206 to the Education Foundation.

Attendees enjoy appetizers and beverages while socializing with other supporters of students and education in District 206. Dress in jeans, jewels, and/or your favorite hat!

The event is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $20. All event proceeds benefit students district-wide through teacher grants awarded annually that support innovation in the classroom.
