UPDATE 4 P.M.: Alexandria firefighters put out camper fire
Alexandria firefighters responded to a camper fire on Latoka Beach Road this afternoon.

Alexandria firefighters responded to a camper fire on Latoka Beach Road this afternoon.
When they arrived, they found the camper engulfed in flames. They put out the fire but the camper was gutted. The fire did not spread to any nearby buildings.
No injuries were reported.
The camper belongs to Rod Femrite. The fire department estimated the damage at about $10,000.
