Sunrise Trio to present afternoon concert on September 13

Mount Carmel Ministries will present an afternoon concert with the Sunrise Trio on Thursday, September 13. Scones and beverages will be served at 3 p.m., with the concert starting in the chapel at 3:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Members of the Sunrise Trio, Kay Hoffland (piano), Jane Schunaman (violin) and Sonja Hinderlie (cello) have played together since 1992.

The concert will include an American folk medley, "Great is Thy Faithfulness," Bach's "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," Tchaikovsky's "Waltz of the Flowers" from the Nutcracker and many others.

On Tuesday, September 11 at 4 p.m., also at Mount Carmel, Tina and Lena will present humor and joy in the Lord.

Mount Carmel is located four miles north of Alexandria on the west side of Lake Carlos, County Highway 11.
