CONTENTS OF STORAGE UNITS

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will sell at public auction to be held on the 15th day of September, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., at 1112 Northside Drive, Alexandria MN 56308:

There will be a five dollar ($5.00) per person fee to attend this auction; refundable with purchase of unit.

There is a $50 deposit per purchased unit; refunded when unit is empty and swept out.

--Todd S. Holmquist of Unit A22, contents generally described as follows: furniture, small refrigerator, toys, exercise equipment.

--Jon Nelson of Unit B17, contents generally described as follows: bicycle, furniture, vacuum cleaner, briefcases, boxes, household items.

--Joanne Desautels of Unit D09, contents generally described as follows: furniture, totes, electronics, household, miscellaneous.

--Andrew Hocking of Unit F02, contents generally described as follows: children’s items, furniture, clothes dryer, mattress, miscellaneous items.

--Arden Harris of Unit F15, contents generally described as follows: bicycle, electronics, water tubes and miscellaneous.

--Greg Kapphan of unit G12, contents generally described as follows: electric guitar, stereo, furniture, computer, household items.

The sale is subject to the prior satisfaction of the lien of the undersigned and return of the property to the named occupant.
