NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 17, 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Shalom Lutheran Church. The applicant is requesting to expand an existing conditional use permit that will include an addition of a 300+ seat sanctuary and related remodel of the existing facility. The property is located at 800 County Road 44 NW and is legally described as: “1st Addition to Tabberts Subd, 5 AC In S’ly Pt Of Outlot A Being NE Of CSAH #22, N Of Site Corner, & W Of Platted Rd, AC 5, Section 13, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
