Participate in conversation on marriage amendment

First Congregational Church of Alexandria and Minnesota Council of Churches invite the community to attend a respectful conversation on the marriage amendment on Saturday, September 8 at Douglas County Public Library in Alexandria from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The Respectful Conversations Project is a program of the Minnesota Council of Churches with support from the Bush Foundation, designed to strengthen the civic life of Minnesota.

Congregations throughout Minnesota are hosting conversations that explore issues through the lens of deeply held convictions while maintaining, even enhancing, relationships among those who disagree.
